The Queensway Gold Project is on the northeast portion of the Island of Newfoundland in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador along the east coast of Canada. The mineral licenses encompass 166,225 hectares in a land position that is approximately 115 km long and 10-30 km wide, from the Trans-Canada Highway near the Town of Gander to the Bay d’Espoir Highway.
History
The company was founded in 2016. The company was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act in the Province of Ontario in 2016. The company was formerly known as Palisade Resources Corp. and changed its name to New Found Gold Corp. in June 2017.
