As of December 31, 2012, 275 ATM are being processed by Westsphere Systems Inc.’s (the company’s wholly owned subsidiary) switch.

History
The company was incorporated under the laws of the state of Colorado in 1998. It was formerly known as E-Debit Global Corporation and changed its name to GreenLink International Inc. in July 2018, which further changed to Suncliff, Inc. in March 2024.
